   Founded in 1994 and under current ownership since 2000, Texas Products, Inc. manufactures parts, tools, accessories and rubber products for applications of onshore and offshore drilling rigs, as well as general equipment needs for the oil and gas industry.

   Texas Products, Inc. has a full service manufacturing and machining facility in Caldwell, Texas providing OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) products for major OEM energy service companies throughout the world. Beginning in 2002, Texas Products, Inc. opened its Well Service Division in Dallas, Texas. This location manufactures a full line of OEM rubber products.

   With our Domestic Aggressive Growth Policy in place, Texas Products, Inc. is currently expanding its manufacturing facility in Caldwell, Texas and will open locations in Houston, Texas in 2005. Through our Dallas Division we are aggressively pursuing the expansion of our North and South American markets as well as our existing International locations in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

   In an effort to always provide the best in customer service and satisfaction, our experienced personnel will work to resolve technical problems with the most cost effective solutions, thereby improving customer profit margins while maintaining the integrity of each product.
